Über die Penkenplateaus führt die Strecke zum schönsten Aussichtsberg des Zillertals, zum Rastkogel. Von dort geht es weiter zur Rastkogelhütte, zum Kreuzjoch und zum Melchboden. geht es zum Gasthaus Gschößwand, dann hinab nach Mayrhofen.
