Course Notes
Første fem km er det ca 50/50 sti og grus, derfra er det nesten bare sti fram til 15 km. Fra 15-17 km er det mer grus enn sti, før det blir sti igjen siste biten mot mål. Totalt ca 75 % sti og 25 % grus.
