Schöner 85 km Landschaftslauf auf Rad-& Feldwegen zu 60% asphaltiert, 30% feste Sandwege, 10% Singletrail und Sandstrand (ca 800m). Der Lauf führt viele Kilometer an der Küste entlang, u.a. VPs auf Seebrücken, die Fehmarn Sund-Brücke wird unterquert.
