Course Notes

Immediately after the start, runners will cross the Goldstream River in calf deep water! The race has numerous difficult climbs ascending Mt. Finlayson, Mt. Work, and Mckenzie Bight to Jocelyn Hill. Everyone is greeted by awesome views from all event
